Hi I have just upgraded to v 5 with guest windows xp. I start the op and the first thing that happens after windows has loaded is that the parallels tools has to be updated. After the installation package is downloaded, the installation starts "windows installer prepares to install" and it hangs. Nothing happens. I have run the windows installer cleanup, installed the latest version of the installer, but still the same problem. I have also tried to mount the pr-tools-win.iso and the setup.exe file, but same same. The strangest thing is that I have exacly the same problem on my imac. Have anyone experienced the same problem? tks Jenny
