parallels tools integration of windows notifications

Now that Windows 10 includes a notifications system not unlike that of macOS, I would find it very useful if Parallels Tools Sharing included an option along the lines of "Forward notifications to Mac notification center." Some of the Linux variants also have a similar feature, but my Windows 10 install is where I would find it the most useful.
