Hi, My windows quests vm seems to be having issue upgrade to the lastest verison of the parallels tools (12094). There seems to have been some corruption and it can't find the installer for the previous version(12092) so it can't update to the new tools. This means that the vm is not intergrating fully(no cut and paste or coherence mode). If some one has a copy of Parallels 12092 installer or the prl-tools-win.iso file for this version so i can force a removal that would be great. Thanks Dave
