Parallels Transporter issue

Hi all,

I have a Wind 7 laptop running Windows 7. It has 4 NTFS partitions (historical reasons).

I tried to migrate using Parallels Transporter 13 (latest version), which seems to run fine. However, the migrated VM will not boot, saying it has no OS installed.

I found a number of articles, and I should be able to manually select which partitions I want to migrate, but they do not appear in the tool. Any help will be appreciated.

 

Hello PhilippeA1, Kindly follow the below mentioned steps and check if it helps.
1) On the source PC open any browser and follow this link.
2) Click on Select an Older Version and choose For Parallels Desktop 9 from the drop-down menu.
3) Install this Transporter Agent 9 on the source PC and migrate Windows again using it now.
