Parallels update downloaded and popup keeps opening to install

Listen I'm a windows guy and bought this iDesk for the wife for I'm out of town a lot. I'm home and decided to look for updates on my 4.0 Parallels and it downloaded 4.0.3846. A popup constantly shows up to install. Goes through and all it does is create a new virtual windows vista 1. Makes me load my windows Vista disk again.

This is not what I expected but the popup keeps coming back.

How do I deleted the downloaded update to keep it form popping up and I'll delete the new virtual Windows Vista 1 for the original has a lot of software installed and I don't want to confuse the wife.
