Every time I start up my PC I am getting a message that there is an Parallels update from my current version of 2.1.1. to 2.5.0....I proceed with the update, however I am now unable to open any Windows programs like Windows Office or even Internet Explorer....so when I shut down and reboot my PC I keep getting the message of Parallels update from 2.1.1. to 2.5.0. - I have opened a trouble ticket but haven't heard from anyone yet. Any thoughts/suggestions?
