Why, oh why, oh why did I say "yes" to the recent update. Now all I get is a message box that says, "There was a problem updating Parallels Tools." Can somebody tell me, in plain English, how to fix this? I've rebooted several times, uninstalled Parallels 7 and reinstalled, and still I get this same message. I've read the troubleshooting solution, but it's written in tech-ese, that only programmers can understand. I'm running Parallels on an iMac OS 10.7.1. I promise I will never upgrade again.
