Parallels v5 not responding after start

Hello,

after upgrading from v4 to v5 everything were ok, but after few days when I started the same way Parallels the virtual window remained black and Parallels stopped responding. But HDD was still working, after few minutes I force quit Parallels and started it again and it went directly to booted Windows Xp :-o

But the next day it was not working at all, again black windows during boot - I have not even seen the boot screen or the windows loading bar. And after force quite not responding Parallels and run it again still black screen and not responding application.

I sent the problem report via terminal - id 1158711 - that was when I tried to create new virtual machine. The only solution that worked is to uninstall and install again Parallels v5. But I have done it three times and it is quite uncomfortable.
