Parallels Version 5 Upgrade

My wife purchased parallels 5 upgrade yesterday and everything went well with the installation until we were asked for the older version key. My wife did not know where the old version key was so I ran the parallels program that is available on their site to find an older key. I found the older key however parallels version 5 upgrade is not accepting it. Help please as my wife uses this program daily for work.

Problem Installing Parallel Tools with Version 5.0 Upgrade

I purchased the upgrade for Parallels Desktop. The installation went well for my Windows XP virtual machine. I was able to install the upgrade and Parallel Tools successfully. However, when I upgrade my Windows Vista virtual machine the upgrade successful, but when I tried to Install Parallel Tools I received an error message in the middle of the installation.

How do I fix this problem. I currently have no device controls between the Windows Vista virtual machine and my Mac because I could not install Parallel Tools. I need help!
