Parallels with Active Directory

The following is the setup we're using

Parallels for Desktops 4.0.3844

OS X 10.5.7

IMac

8gb of ram

1tb hdd

Core 2 Duo

Windows XP VM


Our imacs are bound to our AD domain and each user logs in with their ad account. My problem is that none of the setting changes I make to one account stick to any other accounts used to log in to the computer. Even the default location of the VMs doesn't travel to different users. Is there a way to set the defaults for all users on the physical machine?
