Purchased an activation key and downloaded the DMG file. Try to install it and I keep getting a " There were errors loading the software" message. Have kept trying to reinstall the software, and re-downloaded the DMG. Double-checked my activation key, etc., nada. Can someone help. And, yes, I'm discovering how useless Parallels tech support is... iMac Duo Core 2Ghz 2GB RAM
