Hi, I am new to Mac a couple of months ago (leopard) and bought the parallel software to use windows. I installed it with no problem but i cant get it to start consistently. I get "The application Parallels Desktop quit unexpectadly" error. I then have to hit relaunch or ignore a few times, then the reset relauch etc followed by restarting my mac a few times and then it finally works. Once im in, i have no problem but once i close it, i have to do the same dance for 30 min to get in. Can anyone please help me? if i have to reinstall, how do i do that since im not an expert in mac. Additionally, if i have to reinstall, can i save my image and reload it once in? I have a bunch of stuff in my windows that i dont want to lose. Thanks
