Parallels11-Tacx Software-USB issue

    Hello,

    after a upgrade to Parallels11 I have a big problem with my Tacx Trainingssoftware.
    If I plugged in the USB cable from the Tacx interface I it connects but it will need a
    longer time as under Parallels8. In the moment I try to calibrate the brake with the
    Tacx TTS4 software I can start the process but I get directly a euro massage from
    the programm.
    On my old system with Parallels8 all run well.

    Please help me with the issue.

    Hi, Please follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue USB issue.
    1. Connect USB device to virtual machine and create problem report (Actions > Send Technical Data) and save the ID.
    2. Shut down your virtual machine.
    3. Unplug all possible USB devices from host.
    4. Turn off shared camera, shared Bluetooth, shared printers:
    - Open virtual machine settings ( http://kb.parallels.com/117287 ) > Hardware > USB & Bluetooth > Be sure that Automatic sharing of Web cameras and Bluetooth devices is unchecked.
    5. Go to the Boot Order tab > Boot Flags and type the following flags:
    devices.usb.keyboard=0; devices.usb.mouse=0
    6. Start virtual machine and check how it works.

    Under help->send technical data I can create a list but where I can find the ID from the device?

    the data are sent.
    I changed the parameters for the boot but it don't work.

    I can't find an update for Parallels11 must I wait till next year?
    We have a great Problem with USB and Parallels11and we hope
    We could use our new Hard- and Softwore during Christmas.

    Please give me an current status

    Hello,

    the last post was not the solution for my problem.
    I need asap. help please. In the moment I can't use the new software Parallels11. If you can
    not find a way to fix the bug I must give you the software back and must search for an other
    program to work fine with:
    OS 10.11.2
    Windows10
    Tacx Trainingssoftware TTS4
    Please let me know what we can do?

    Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build 11.1.1 (32408) & check if the issue still persisting. You can update to the latest build as suggested in this article. Latest version always available here: http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd11/ Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools).

    Hello,

    I tested the new build but my problem with the Tacx break calibration is not fixed. I am very frustrated under/with
    parallels8 I had no problems with my equipment. Sorry for the bad news but I need help.

    As I checked, the Problem Report ID is for an older build and I request you to update to the latest build by downloading and installing from the this link.

    that's right and I done it, please see my post form Dez. 29.. It was the same issue with the new build.
    If you need a new report from the current version I can create and send it if you need.

    Hello,

    what is the next step with our problem?
    Could you call me?
    Could you give me further Information what I can do?
    I repeat, the issue is only with Version 11. If I use the other System with Parallels 8
    all is working well so I can say it must be a issue with the new Parallels.
