Parallels8 + Win8 = No Network

    I am running Parallels v8.0.18345 over OS X 10.8.2 and just upgraded my WinXP to Win8 build 9200. As result I've lost network connectivity for Win8. No previous problems with XP. All works fine on the Mac. The net config is bridged with Default Adapter.

    Win8 does not see any networking hardware. Win8 repair did not help.

    Has anyone experienced this?
