Paralles Unable to Activate

    I have downloaded the trial version of parallels, but i am unable to get it to activate as it will not reconise my email address. I have followed all the steps using terminal and by downloading the support file but i am still not able to to activate the software. I cant even highlight the field my email address is in, I just get a red explanation symbol next to it. Im just wondering what if there is anything that im doing wrong or anything i can do to make it work
