Parrallels 11 Upgrade Kills Windows 7 VM with Mcafee End Point Encryption

I just installed Parrallels 11 on my Mac. After installing the new Parrallels 11 Tools on the VM it get the following error on re-boot:

Mcafee Drive Encryption
Fatel Error: [0xEE0200006] Getting disk info

Yes the drive is properly connected/configured in the VM as nothing has changed after installing Parrallels 11.

It did boot before install the new Parrallels Tools. What is the issue and is this recoverable?

This is my corporate image and I'm dead in the water right now and I have a lot of data on that VM drive I can't afford to lose.
