Why can't you login to the web portal when your password has expired? We are a register users and only intend using the Web Portal since we have additional 2 factor authentication which the appserver client doesn't understand. But regardless of the 2 factor authentication, you should still be able to login to the web portal and be prompted to change your passwords. When I setup new users on the system, I have to specify the password which isn't ideal. We have had to put a simple web page in place so that users can change there password, but they have to do this before it has expired - again not ideal. Any chance this fix will go into a very near future release of the web portal? Many thanks. James
Sorry, no joy, despite emailing 2X support and an individual who sent me an email to see if I had any questions since I downloaded the latest version earlier last week. I hope someone at 2X reads these forums because there support is very poor now that we have made a purchase. I wish we had gone with Citrix now.
