Payment not authorized

    I am trying to buy parallels desktop 7 for 3 days and get nothing till now...
    every f**king time I try to buy,system sending me an emal says "payment not authorized"
    for who want says send a ticket to support system; they need a ticket number or product code that needs uou bought a product!!! cyrcullar error apears!!!!
    i have read all the threads with same problem but no one have a answer....
