Just got Paralles for Desktop 10. Installed Transporter on Dell laptop. Started the Migration over network and got to window showing analysis report. I have my data files on external disk so only wanted to transfer OS from PC and Apps. Showed I needed 91 GB and had 97 GB on Macbook Pro. Started transfer and it hung up. Stopped the program and started over. Now the migration tool shows only 85 GB available and need 91 GB. I only have one partition on MacBook HD and shows only half full. Where do I go to free up space? I looked at all the folders that looked like it might have something to do with Parallels but not sure what to do next Submitted a trouble report and email but have not heard back. Not happy about the customer service or consumer support. I tried to do an chat but no one responded after 10 minutes and I was the only one in the que. Anybody have any ideas to try.

You just don't have enough space on your HD, while transferring it's normal to take more space temporarily, however, the initial estimation would leave you with only 6 GB left, which is just too little free space.

You need either to free some space on osx or import less from the other computer.
