pd v18 breaks networking on m1pro?

Ever since the update to v18 the windows 11 pro vms I use have crippled networking to the point of unusability.

On average when network operations do not time out, they operate somewhere between 15-50kb/sec.

I'm running Ventura Beta, but PD v17 did not have this behaviour.

Does anyone have info on how to turn off or revert the new 'advanced network' stuff they added in 18?
