Please, check that you entered your first name correctly.

That is the error I get when trying to register. Everything is entered correctly but even then I get an error messge.

And the biggest problem: When PD 3.0 wants me to register my copy, which I can't because of the error message, the CPU goes to 100%.

when typing your fisrt name, do you use an ordinary English keyboard layout?

 

My first name is Samuël. I use a qwerty keyboard. The system is set for Dutch, which is my native language.
