and received your confirm mail that payment was finished. Several minutes later another mail shows my payment is not received, I should pay it again.

What's the matter?

Cleverbrige's mail shows that #215605421 has finished, maybe #215606238 is auto generated by the auto-renewal system? If that, please forget it.

btw, could I refund the #215605421 since I have switched my main work to a Windows PC.
