Please HELP! Parallels Transporter partial migration?

Hello,

I recently switched to Mac and purchased the Swith To Mac Edition 6. I now want to transfer my Windows Vista OS to my new Macbook Air (Lion) and only want to transfer Windows Vista and a banking program I use, which doesn't exist for Mac.

Basically when I am running the Parallels Transporter, there is no option to select what files or programs to transfer, but instead wants to transfer EVERYTHING over. This would take almost all of my HD space and would be unnecessary anyways as I already transfered all my other files, photos, etc.

Is there a way I can select what to transfer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

AFAIK switch to mac moves your entire Windows PC into the VM you create with Parallels. Have you checked this one:
