PLEASE HELP! Parallels usb won't connect with some programs

    I am using Yahoo Unlimited Music to go, a music subscription service. I am trying to hook up my mp3 player and transfer songs to it. Windows recognizes the player and asks me what I want to do, and I can click "transfer songs to device using yahoo music" but then nothing happens. Yahoo or Windows media player do not detect the device at all. What can I do? It has to be something with the parallels system because it works fine on a regular pc.
