Please help transfer my license to my new email address.

    I have deleted my old email address "suriya.so@ku.th" and how can I transfer my license to my new email address "kid2a@hotmail.com"
    I dont have access to my old email and I my new account on parallels doesnt show my parallels desktop....pls help.
