Hi There. I've been using Parallels for quite some time now and have never had an issue. This morning I go to use the system, and there's an error message on the screen. I've tried troubleshooting through some of the forums, however my Virtual Machine is totally frozen. I'm not able to click on anything in the windows screen not even the "Diagnose" button. Can someone please help? I need this working desperately for work.
I'm using a Macbook Air with Parallels 11.2 and Windows 10.
This error message is preventing me from doing anything in the Windows Virtual Machine. When I try to reinstall Parallels Tools I see something happen where the "D" Drive opens up but I am unable to click on anything in the VM.
