Please refund & remove account

    Hi there,

    I just received an auto-renewal email for a corporate Parallels Access account we haven't used in a long time. I remember disabling auto-renew and cancelling, but somehow it ended up back on. I just turned it off again and would kindly like a refund for the amount that was just charged today. Thank you!
