While there are many reasons that you shouldn't be popping up the Update Available notice window randomly (how about just during startup or resume?), if you are going to do that, it is ridiculous for any window that is randomly popped up to have a default button that is fired when the enter key is pressed since there is a good chance the user is typing when that window is popped up and that button will get inadvertently fired.
