Can Parallels Support convert my Parallels.com account from a "business" account to a standard account? I'd like to input my Parallels Desktop for Mac Version 10 key, but (understandably) the only placeholders appear to be for Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition. I am a business, but the product I own is just the standard product. Am I hosed? Should I just create a new account? I'd like to keep this one as it is my primary email account.
Hi, I've checked your account and cannot found any business key. Did you use it before? If you don't need this account we can simply remove this one and you will be able to recreate Parallels account with the same email.
Thanks Maria. I didn't input my key because I didn't want to "move in" if I wasn't going to stay long. Deleting my account sounds like the right move. Can you do that for me?

Trying to install and got to a grey box that mentions account. I then foolishly created an account on your web site. Now the install key says it is for the wrong product. I now realise I should have let the install program grey box create account. I have tried to change email on account on web and am now locked out completely. Can you please delete the web account I created so I can finish install. Thanks
