Hi support: I have an old license key for Parallels Desktop for Mac, likely version 10: K6XDBV-******-******-******-2X0YY4 When I tried to register this product at my.parallels.com, I received the error message: "This license key is already registered." I believe I purchased and maybe registered it with an old email address: li**@***hui.com Unfortunately, I permanently lost access to that email account years ago, as the domain has been taken over by someone else. Could you please help me transfer this license key to my latest email? This would allow me to access the license and purchase an upgrade. Thank you very much for your assistance!
