Is it possible to run a Parallels partition solely in Boot Camp? Running two OS's simultaneously will always have an impact on performance, and while Parallels does a great job, there are some situations in which I really need all the processing power I can can get. I am aware that you can use partitions created for Boot Camp with Parallels, but does this work both ways? Is it possible to boot to a partition created by Parallels on startup the same way you would with a Boot Camp partition? if not, is there a way that I could convert a Parallels partition to a Boot Camp partition so I could use it in both situations? Thanks for any help, Nathan.
Yes. You can use a bootcamp partition and boot it in Parallels and natively if the guest OS is Windows.
