All... something a bit disconcerting happened a few minutes ago. I was on my MacBook Pro (running MacOS Sierra) and the screen suddenly went blank for a second and a message popped up stating that it was being remotely accessed via Parallels Access. No one else has my log in information. For safety, I shut my Mac down and changed my password, too (to my parallels account). My only conclusion is that my account might have been compromised. I've opened a ticket with Parallels in hopes they can see where that connection originated from. If anyone knows where i can find that information, please let me know. Is there an access log kept somewhere? I'm hoping this isn't a glitch in the software because it's not good knowing someone might have access to your systems without your knowledge. Has anyone else seen this phenomenon?
