Pre Sales question

Hi. I'm looking into purchasing Parallels 8 for my Mac, but I'm not clear about one thing: If I download the purchase, does that download come with the PC software needed to migrate the PC to the Mac? For example, this shows how to migrate over a network. The software that's running on the PC - where does it come from if I'm downloading P8 for the Mac? Does that make sense?
