presentation wizard - can it be disabled?

I have Build 8.0.18314 (Revision 813278; October 31, 2012) and I use three monitors - laptop, dvi via dongle, dvi via a usb hub.

I often unplug everything to go to a meeting. Every time I plug back in I get the Presentation Wizard asking if I'm going to be presenting. The dialog has the ability to "remember my decision" but it never does. You have to hit the "alt" key to make it remember and I can see the alt button depress in the dialog box so I know it recognizes the key being pressed.

Is there a way to disable the Presentation Wizard completely?
