Our Client has a HP deskjet 6940n. When he tries to print a document, the page is always backed by the printer, but remains stuck without further reaction of the printer. Printer's driver is up to date. what are the versions of the client and server? UP was updated a bit up till 10.5 1327. Are you on those versions?
I think logging a ticket with 2X directly might be a good diea so they can check this for you. Make sure ASXG is v10.5.1327 and client is v10.5.1323 even though it reports its up to date if you perform a manual check...
