Print problem on HP deskjet 6940n

    Our Client has a HP deskjet 6940n. When he tries to print a document, the page is always backed by the printer, but remains stuck without further reaction of the printer.

    Printer's driver is up to date.
    Version 2X : latest version of client and server
    User's pc: Windows 7 Pro 64 Bits sp1
    mstsc : 6.1.7601

    Please, could you be kind enought to help us in this blocked situation ?

    what are the versions of the client and server? UP was updated a bit up till 10.5 1327. Are you on those versions?

    client and server up to date.

    I think logging a ticket with 2X directly might be a good diea so they can check this for you.

    Make sure ASXG is v10.5.1327 and client is v10.5.1323 even though it reports its up to date if you perform a manual check...
