The print spooler service is continuously crashing on my windows 2008 R2 OS. It has been configured to restart always. However it stops restarting after too many crashes. It restarts upon intervening manually. I have installed 2x application server XG version 10.5 build 1327 with universal printing enabled. It had been working fine till a couple of weeks ago. There has been no increase in the load. We have run the latest windows updates yesterday after encountering this issue for two weeks. However the problem remains. There are no other printers except 2x Universal printer and XPS printer installed. Upon connecting from client, the re-directed printers appear in the printers and devices screen. However 2x universal printer has been set as default. Please find attached a screen shot of the event log of server. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks, SVK
