We recently upgraded our printer and found that whenever we print from parallel desktop it only prints in A3. I can print to A4 from mac os fine. I already loaded Ricoh IM C3010 driver onto mac. I also tried to install the printer driver inside windows and it only gives two printer driver 1.Microsoft and 2. Parallel shared printer. I tried loading 64bit driver but it does not recognize. When we had Ricoh 3004ex printer, it was working fine from the same mac. Macbook runs on Apple Silicon processor. Can you please let me know how to load Ricoh printer driver instead of parallel shared printer driver.
