Printer Problems using OS Sierra V. 1-.12.6

    After installing Parallels the default printer, an HP LaserJet P1606dn is locked. the print que accepts a command but will not print.

    Hi @HaroldF1 , please
    1. Press 'cmd'+R combination.
    2. In the Run window type services.msc.
    3. Locate the Print Spooler and click Start. and let us know if it works.
