I have a iMac purchased less than a week ago. Parallels runs perfectly! Except for one issue, the printer. I have spent hours reading through these forums and am not sure I have a complete understanding of what the issue is so I am going to post my problem here and hope for the best.

I have an iMac connected to an HP3030 Laserjet all in one printer, fax, scanner, copier. The HP works fine in the MAC mode but can not work in Windows. I have experimented with Bonjour and tried a few things suggested here in the forum and nothing works. In Windows mode the printer shows up in the list of printers but doesn't print.

Can someone be kind of enough to suggest a step by step approach to solving the problem? Thanks in advance for your help. I appreciate it.

You need to use Bonjour to make the printer appear as a network printer in Windohs. Then, you need to have a windblows driver at the ready for the printer when you install it.
