Hello everybody, I'am using 2x with great plesure. but i got the following print problem. We use a HP4250 laserjet printer with 3 tray's. Locally i can choose all tray's , but in 2x i cannot choose tray 3 it is grayed out. I tried to change te printer setting trough desktop on the 2x server but i have no right to change te printer settings, the same for administrator users. can someone explain to me, how i can correct this?? thanx in advantage
Hi there, From the client options, set the "2x Universal Printing" options to "Select printer before printing". This should allow you to select the printer and set the required tray. Nixu
