Hello, after having extreme problems to print documents directly from the Parallels Desktop 6 platform (could be solved after lots of mails and a remote session with the Parallels service team), I still have the problem that German umlauts are not printed. You will read "Ü" as ",", "ß" as "fl" and so on. Any idea to finally fix the annoying "PPP" ("Parallels Printing Problem" ;-)) Does this problem happen more often? Thanks a lot for your help.
