Good day, I've been trying to reach a support representative of Parallels regarding some unanswered questions. On the 3rd of January I posted the following https://forum.parallels.com/threads/privacy-and-tools.343379/ in hope that someone could shed light on the requirement of a Parallels account for personal use of a VM. Browsing the Parallels website provides little to no information about this and the same goes for trying to reach a person behind Parallels. I wrote in the FB Messenger channel to no avail. My Parallels for Mac-trial expires in a few days and I'd love to purchase a license, provided that I get the requested information. All the best, Richard

Please let me know if you got a response in Facebook Messenger, you definitely should by now. Parallels Forum is mostly for community support, we do not track every new thread in timely manner, however, definitely review everything when possible. I will also reply now to your original thread started on the 3rd of January.
