I know many others have had this issue but it keeps recurring for me. I'm running Parallels 6.0. (6.0.12106 to be specific) and have found it next to impossible to keep this application or whatever it is from hogging CPU and running down my battery. I've tried putting my computer to sleep and then waking it back up but it's still there in the Activity Monitor. Does anyone know if this problem is solved in Parallels 7? If it has been I would definitely consider upgrading. Thanks, JK
It is solved in most of cases in PD7 (it depends on you unique system spesification). I suggest you to install PD 7 trial and check the performance (it is free)
