I had parallels 5 working on a laptop, but now I am migrating all my user file to a server so I can be a "mobile user" as defined by Mac OSX Server. Everything appears to work well except that I get the error "prl_err_not_enough_perms_to_open_authorization_file" when I start Parallels 5.

    This is what I did:
    - Copied all the users files to the server
    - Deleted the user account on the laptop
    - logged into the user account on the laptop (with Open Directory)
    - Opened the documents folder and was able to open files including Mac Office files
    - Double-click the Parallels app and I get the error message. Attempting to enter my license key fails.

Suggestions as to how I should proceed?
