Hi there, who can help me. My IMAC can only start in Safe mode. I got on the VM on the desktop nor the data I need. Where can I find this or how can I save? Since Parallels 9 does not start in safe mode of IMAC's. Thank you. regards
Hi, If I understood you well, you'd like to save your virtual machine's file somewhere for further using. Please go to the Finder and fine your virtual machine's file - it has ".pvm" extension. Default location is /Users/username/Documents/Parallels/ Once you find it, just copy the .pvm file somewhere (external hard drive, another computer etc) So when you have a healty system -> just double click on the needed .pvm file to launch the virtual machine (Parallels Desktop should be installed)
