Hi Dyang, what version are u running, what build, what is the os of the machine you are using, where are you trying to connect from? Please open a support ticket from: http://2x.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit please send screenshot and make sure you do not have anti viruses or firewall on the way, and kindly make sure you include your license key (not here, on the support ticket )
