Problem after install

I've upgraded from Parallels 3 to 4. When I start the VM/WindowsXP, I get a little square in the middle of my screen which is supposed to be a menu of VMs to choose from, but I only have 1 VM. So, P4 requires me to make one more click to start my VM than P3. Any way to eliminate this completely unnecessary step???
