Hello! We have a problem downloading windows 8 pro that was recommended by the downloading manager. The download shuts down and we never get to this part: "On the one of the next screens you're given three options to install Windows 8: Install Now, Install by creating media, and Install later from your Desktop. If you want to save your applications, be sure to choose Install now. Choosing Install by creating media will not give you an opportunity to keep files, programs and applications. " We have purchased the upgrade twice but the same thing still happens. How can we solve this?
