Problem getting Transporter to communicate

I have Parallels Desktop for Mac 6 installed and I installed the Transporter Agent on a Windows 7 machine.

I have no firewall on on the Mac and on the Windows 7 I have disabled most of the firewall and added the rules for the needed ports 1620 - 1623. When I try to run the transporter on the Windows machine it I see the ip address of the Windows PC. On the Mac it never shows me the ip address of the Windows PC and I enter it but it never connects and tells me to open certain ports which I have.

How can I diagnose this issue?
