Problem in subscription activation

    Hi, I am Saqib, I have recently subscribed to parallels. Since last week its asking me for subscription again. When I go to manage subscription, its says already purchased but I am not able to restore my purchase. Kindly help.
  2. Hi, please try the following steps and check the issue:

    1) Sign out from App Store and Parallels Desktop Lite
    2) Restart the Mac
    3) Start Parallels Desktop Lite and click Restore Purchases button.

    Let us know if it didn't help.

  4. Hi, please provide us with the screenshot of the error message which you got during activation.
    And also please generate the problem report using this KB article and reply us back with the report ID.
    Please generate report right after the issue reproduced.
